To become part of the 2013 Health & Fitness Boutique at the Wahine Half Marathon please complete and return your application no later than March 15, 2013. Space is however very limited and we reserve the right to accept only applications that meet our criteria.  Booth space starts at a very affordable $600 for a 8x8 so space will go fast!

  • Friday, March 30, 2012 -- 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Saturday, March 31, 2012 -- 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Set-Up - Friday, March 30 - 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Teardown - Saturday, March 31, 2011 -- 6:00pm - 11:59pm

 

Booth Prices:**

  • 8’x8’ Booth:……………….…....$600

Booth price includes:

  • Booths are 8' deep by 8' wide. Refer to the Expo Floor Plan for details.
  • Booth package includes a 6’ draped table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket
  • Any additional equipment or utilities must be arranged at exhibitor’s cost.

Goody Bag Information:

 

We have partnered with Virtual Race Bags to produce a 'virtual goodie bag' in an effort to ‘go green’ and provide additional benefits to our participants. Participant of this year's event you will receive an email invitation to the Virtual Race Bag prior to the event giving you access to the bag. In the race bag you will find an array of valuable information including our official event schedule, exclusive offers, coupons, giveaways, and messages from our sponsors. But wait, there’s more! Immediately after the event, the race bag updates to include race results. Now participants will receivvirtual goody bage another email invitation to visit their ‘results bag’ and also have a final opportunity to take advantage of the offers and goodies before the bag closes. This opportunity is very affordably priced at just $200. Deadlines do apply so to reserve your virtual goody bag spot complete the Virtual Goody Bag Application.

 


Payment Process:

With the exception of event sponsors, booths cannot be reserved without payment.  A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booth fee reserves each booth. Final payment is due April 1, 2011. Non-receipt of final payment by this date forfeits the booth space.
