To become part of the 2012 Divas Half Marathon in San Francisco Bay Health & Fitness Boutique please complete the online application no later than April 20, 2012. Space is, however, very limited and we reserve the right to accept only applications that meet our criteria. Booth space starts at a very affordable $650 for an 8x10 so space will go fast!

Booth Price includes:
- Booths are 8' deep by 10' wide. Refer to the Expo Floor Plan for details
- Booth package includes a 6' draped table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket

- Any additional equipment or utilities must be arranged at exhibitor's cost.

Goody Bag Information:
We have partnered with Virtual Race Bags to produce a 'virtual goodie bag' in an effort to ‘go green’ and provide additional benefits to our participants. Participants of this year's event you will receive an email invitation to the Virtual Race Bag prior to the event giving you access to the bag. In the race bag you will find an array of valuable information including our official event schedule, exclusive offers, coupons, giveaways, and messages from our sponsors. But wait, there’s more! Immediately after the event, the race bag updates to include race results. Now participants will receive another email invitation to visit their ‘results bag’ and also have a final opportunity to take advantage of the offers and goodies before the bag closes. This opportunity is very affordably priced at just $200. Deadlines do apply so contact us today!

Payment Process for Expo Booth:
With the exception of event sponsors, booths cannot be reserved without payment. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booth fee reserves each booth. Final payment is due April 20, 2012. Non-receipt of final payment by this date forfeits the booth space.

To pay by paper check:
If you are planning to pay by paper check, e-mail our Expo Director to reserve a spot. Our Expo Director will then reach out to you with booth placement information, payment information and all other information you will need for a successful show.
