Course
Half Marathon Course Overview
The Divas Half Marathon® At San Francisco Bay will follow a very picturesque course all along the San Francisco Bay. Starting at Bayside Park in Burlingame, all our Diva runners will head south, meander thru Coyote Point Park's beauty, and enjoy many miles of running less than a few feet from the Bay with sites of the City of San Francisco. The course will never be more than a few blocks away from those amazing bay views so get ready to challenge yourself in idealic temperatures, with an amazing backdrop only worthy of the San Francisco Bay area and getting “hyped” by the bands and the “Diva stations” along the way. The course is even flatter than the "California Flat" and by definition can be called "Pancake" flat. Finish inside Bayside Park in front of tousands of cheering on-lookers and being given a medal, rose, and a flute of champagne by one of the cities “hunks".

Diva Entourage (Spectators)
How do I become a Diva Entourage
Divas love to be adored so Diva runners love spectators and cheerleaders everywhere along the course! If you are a part of a group of "Want-To-Be-Loud-Cheerleaders" at the Divas Half Marathon®, please let us know, so we can help organize your group's location!
Spectator Tips
Being a spectator and a cheerleader for your favorite Diva runner is a great way to be part of this event! There's plenty for residents and visitors to see and enjoy along the course. But just as the runners take time to prepare for this event, you can also prepare and plan ahead for a memorable experience:
Review the course map and plan your route. With 3,500 runners, it may be difficult, and at some times, impossible, to cross the course during the race, even on foot - Know your runner's expected pace per mile so you will know when he or she will be at the different locations on the course
- Move around on bicycle or skates (minding all street closures) and surprise your runner at different locations on the route
- Make sure you bring a beach chair or blanket, horns, signs and a great attitude to have fun and become a cheerleader.
