Course
Half Marathon Course Overview
Why pay for a tour of the city's best areas when you can do it on your feet! This course starts right on Ocean Blvd heading south towards Atlantic Beach, one of the Grand Strand's most historical areas. While on these first 3 miles you will remember those crazy wild days on college Spring Break when you dreamed of that perfect beachfront community. As you turn inland at 25th Ave S you will now encounter one of the most picturesque beachside residential communities right before coming upon Main Street, the SHAG capital of the world! Right after Main you will take a trip down millionaire row featuring some of the most beautiful homes in North Myrtle Beach. And because this is also the leisure capital, we will then make sure you get to see some very green and manicured golf course areas, bringing you back to the finish line on hotel row, back on Ocean Blvd. If you have never visited North Myrtle Beach, but have always dreamed of a beachside perfect town, this is the destination for you!

Diva Entourage (Spectators)
How do I become a Diva Entourage
Divas love to be adored so Diva runners love spectators and cheerleaders everywhere along the course! If you are a part of a group of "Want-To-Be-Loud-Cheerleaders" at the Divas Half Marathon®, please let us know, so we can help organize your group's location!
Spectator Tips
Being a spectator and a cheerleader for your favorite Diva runner is a great way to be part of this event! There's plenty for residents and visitors to see and enjoy along the course. But just as the runners take time to prepare for this event, you can also prepare and plan ahead for a memorable experience:
Review the course map and plan your route. With 3,500 runners, it may be difficult, and at some times, impossible, to cross the course during the race, even on foot - Know your runner's expected pace per mile so you will know when he or she will be at the different locations on the course
- Move around on bicycle or skates (minding all street closures) and surprise your runner at different locations on the route
- Make sure you bring a beach chair or blanket, horns, signs and a great attitude to have fun and become a cheerleader.
