Mr K-Tip, the Diva Trainer
If you have enjoyed Mr. K-Tip's daily training advice on our Facebook page, you will be glad to know that he recently published his very own E-book where he shares even more knowledge and advice, Kedrick's Methods, Upgrade Your Running Lifestyle. This E-book was written to educate runners to reach beyond just running in order to take themselves to the next level. It also includes the immense benefit that is often overlooked by runners; strength and core training. Both trainig and weght loss tricks are found throughout the book, plus much more!!! So check up some of the topics on this book and start your training.

If on-line training is not your thing, we are partnering up with a number of local running stores, clubs and groups which will be conducting training sessions for the event. These groups provide various programs to fit your skills and goals. Contact these groups directly to see which is the right fit for you.
